Legal
Terms of use
Please read these terms before creating an account, starting a membership or using the digital library.
Last updated: 11 August 2026. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Prophet Uebert Angel Digital Library, including the website, mobile applications, video and audio playback, live broadcasts, memberships, account features and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing protected content or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
The digital library provides access to messages, teachings, series, conferences, live broadcasts, audio content, books, devotionals and related materials connected with Prophet Uebert Angel and GoodNews World. Some content may be available without payment; other content requires an active Premium, Partner or other paid membership.
We may add, remove, reorganise, edit, replace or restrict content where necessary for operational, legal, licensing, pastoral or product reasons. Access to a membership tier gives you access to the content available in that tier at the time you use the service; it does not give you ownership of any content.
2. Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and signed-in devices secure.
- Accounts are personal. You must not sell, share, transfer or sublicense access.
- We may require email, phone or payment verification before enabling certain features.
- We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, unauthorised sharing, interference with the service or breach of these terms.
3. Memberships, renewals and cancellation
Paid memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Renewal dates, prices, plan names and available payment methods are shown during checkout or in your account area. Taxes, currency conversion, bank charges or mobile wallet charges may apply depending on your location and payment provider.
You can cancel a recurring membership from your account where self-service cancellation is available, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period. Your access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for unless the account is closed for breach of these terms.
4. Payments and failed payments
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as card processors, mobile money providers or wallet providers. We do not control their systems, authorisation decisions or bank processing times. A payment may be delayed, declined, reversed or marked for review by the provider.
If a recurring payment fails, access may be paused, downgraded or cancelled after any grace period configured for the service. You remain responsible for any charges you authorised before cancellation.
5. Permitted use
The service is provided for personal, household, ministry and devotional use. Unless we give written permission, you must not:
- copy, download, record, archive or redistribute protected streams;
- re-upload, rebroadcast, sell, rent or publicly perform library content;
- share login credentials or bypass device, subscription or playback limits;
- scrape the catalogue, harvest accounts or automate access to protected content;
- reverse engineer, attack, overload or interfere with the platform;
- remove rights notices, watermarks or technical protection measures.
6. Intellectual property
All messages, videos, audio recordings, artwork, names, logos, text, graphics, metadata, software and other materials made available through the service are owned by, licensed to or used with permission by the relevant rights holders. Your membership grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the service in accordance with these terms.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network issues, payment provider outages, cloud provider incidents, device compatibility, regional restrictions or security events may affect availability. We may change features, apps, supported devices, pricing, plan benefits and these terms as the service develops.
8. User content and communications
Where the service allows you to submit profile details, preferences, support requests, comments, forms or other information, you must ensure that what you submit is lawful, accurate and not abusive, misleading, infringing or harmful. You grant us permission to use submitted information as needed to operate the service, provide support, secure the platform and administer your account.
9. Account deletion and data requests
You may request deletion of your account and personal data through the account area where available, or by contacting support. Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where required for payment records, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute handling, audit logs or backup integrity. More detail is provided in the Privacy notice.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss caused by service interruption, third-party payment failure, unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure credentials, or use of the service outside these terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms, billing, access or account deletion can be raised through the Contact page.
